What's included in every website package?

1. Custom Designed Website (v.2020)

Your website will use our unique and exclusive adaptive design process to appeal to both website visitors and Google
based upon the information you provide to us about your small business. Our three website packages are designed for
between one and five different services you may provide and range from six pages to ten pages.

Your new website also includes our exclusive super-fast mobile website for rural towns and villages with slow 3G
mobile access. This will mean that your mobile website will be up to 42% faster for website visitors from rural towns
and villages than many of your competitors websites who will most likely be using responsive website design.

Mobile speed is also a ranking factor on the Google search engine. The mobile website will also include one-tap direct
call and email buttons so website visitors can call you directly after visiting your website on their smartphone device.
You can learn more about our adaptive design versus responsive website design here.

2. What is a service?

A service is what you provide. If you provide chimney cleaning, that is one service. If you also offer window cleaning, that
will be your second service and so forth. In order to rank highly on Google, each service must have it’s own webpage and custom SEO.

3. Domain Name and Hosting

Your new website will come with a free domain name (.ie or .co.uk or .com) and website hosting in year one and is
registered in your name i.e. you own it. We take away all the hassle and complexity by registering your domain name
and setting up your website hosting for you.

If located in Ireland, we recommend a .ie domain name or if based in the UK, we recommend a .co.uk domain name, as
will signal to Google where your business service is directed at and we believe a .ie or .co.uk. domain name will help
with your Google ranking in Ireland and the UK.

4. SEO DEEP (v.2020) - Getting Your Website on Page One on Google

There are only ten spots available on Google’s first page results, with about half taken up by ads etc. There is no simple
‘on-switch’ for SEO. If there was, your small business couldn’t compete with the big boys! This takes time and we aim to
prove to Google you’re a real business and it is fully managed for you. Learn more about SEO DEEP here.

5. Social Networks (v.2020)

We set-up & design your Facebook Business Page, Twitter Business Page, Pinterest Business Page, Google My Business and your YouTube
Business Page. Social network pages for your business are not like the personal social network pages & must be set-up
to appeal to both website visitors & the Google search engine.

6. Website Security (v.2020) - Free SSL Certificate

All our 2019/ 2020 websites include a free Digicert SSL Certificate (Https://) as standard which will mean both increased
security and also improve your ranking on the Google search engine. It is important to note that a SSL Cert. is now
required to have a contact form on your website and from July 2018, a SSL certificate will be required if Google is not
to show a ‘non-secure’ warning to website visitors using Google’s Chrome browser. If certain issues occur on your
website e.g. malware, we will fix them & resubmit your website to Google.

7. Website Management

Our FREE and exclusive After-Care Management Service ensures that you never have to worry about expensive bills
when you wish to change or update something on your website. Changes to existing text, photos, malware/ virus
removal and clean-ups are FREE for your website. Changes are normally completed within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

8. Annual Renewal Fee - €345 (incl. VAT)

This is optional. The annual renewal fee of €345 (incl. VAT) covers Domain Name Renewal, 12 Months Hosting, SSL
Certificate and Annual Website Management. If you do not wish to continue using our services after one year or wish
to change to another service provider, we will help with the transfer process for free.

9. Adding Additional Service to Your Website Package - €200 (incl. VAT)

If you require an additional service in addition to the services included in your chosen website package, we charge a
fee of €200 (incl. VAT) per each extra service. This includes: design of the new webpages (desktop & mobile), linking it
to the other webpages in your website, SEO for the new webpages and submitting them to the Google search engine.

10. Accept Online Payments

If you wish to accept payments for your service, we will add a link to your payment provider checkout page for FREE! However, as we are a low cost service and due to increasing EU regulations, you will have to set-up and manage your payment service with a third-party service provider.
